Who is it for?
Everyone is welcome.
This retreat will be of particular interest to professionals who work with people, and are looking for a space to reflect on their practice; and for those who are seeking to have a better work-life balance.
What do you need to bring?
Any materials needed for the sessions will be provided, however if there is anything particular you like to use (art materials, a favourite pen, your own journal…) please feel free to bring these along.
We encourage you to wear clothes you are comfortable to relax and work creatively in, as well as bring shoes/clothes you can go for walks in (whatever the weather).
The most important thing to bring is yourself, and an open, playful, explorative spirit.
Do you have to be creative/arty?
However we believe everyone has the potential to be creative, and this retreat will use a variety of approaches to help us engage with different aspects of ourselves.
The key thing is to be open to experiment, question and explore, not to be “good at art”.
Can you arrange transportation?
We are unable to arrange transportation for participants. There is a link on the page for all events of how to get to the venue.
We are happy, closer to the time, to put participants in touch with each other if they are able to offer/share lifts.
