Reflective Practice Day Retreats - Spring 2022

As Inner Outings, we offer a space to pause. Within this space we offer a gentle guided process through which you can reflect and recharge. Our approach is a creative one, but this does not require any particular level of ‘artistic’ ability, just an openness to a creative process.

Our focus is on offering a space for those who work with people, an opportunity to reflect on their work and replenish their own internal resources. It can complement work based supervision, but it is not a replacement for it. However, the space can be for anyone who wants time to pause and reflect and take a moment for themselves – whether the focus is professional or personal or a combination of both.

We are very pleased to be offering 2 Day Retreats this Spring – one in Bamford, England on Sat 9th April and one in Ballycastle, N.Ireland on Sat 7th May.

Your booking fee includes lunch and refreshments through the day, as well as all the materials you need. If you have any particular pens / art materials / journals you like to use to reflect, you are of course welcome to bring these too. You are also welcome to bring headphones and your own music if this is something that is helpful for you.

We also encourage you to bring walking shoes and all weather clothing to make sure you can have a walk – whatever the weather brings. And also to wear comfortable clothes and bring indoor shoes / slippers, to enable you to be able to relax and make the most of your day.

Reflective Practice Spring Day Retreat - Sat 7th April 2022 - Corrymeela, Ballycastle, N.Ireland

This Day Retreat will be held at the Corrymeela Centre, near Ballycastle, on the north Antrim coast. Anyone who has been will know what a special place this is, with great indoor and outdoor spaces, and views of the sea, which will only enhance our time together.

And also to wear comfortable clothes and bring indoor shoes / slippers, as outdoor shoes will be left at the entrance of the Croi (the ‘heart’ of Corrymeela, which is the space we will be using for our day together).

Please email us if you have any questions or to book.
We hope you will be able to join us.
